How to Make the perfect Jar Salad

INGREDIENTS
Avocado
Cubed Cabbage
Shredded on the mandoline Carrots
Shredded JF Tuna
Persian cucumber
Sliced thin on the mandoline
Quartered Radish
Sliced thin on the mandoline
Pepitas Jalapeño
Deseeded and diced Cilantro
Coarsely chopped Mixed greens
Chopped Fresh lime
Quartered JF Spicy Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: In your jar, begin to build your salad upwards using my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette as the base.
Step 2: Layer in the avocado, cabbage, carrots, tuna, cucumber, radish, pepitas, jalapeño, cilantro, and mixed greens - in that order.
Step 3: Finish with your quartered lime (to use when you’re ready to unpack and enjoy) and a sprinkle of JF Spicy Salt.
